Endless pedestrian railings line the streets of London and most UK cities - corraling and controlling pedestrians and giving vehicular traffic precedent over foot traffic. These railings in East London have recently been removed as part of High Street 2012 a major cosmetic renovation of the main throughfare to the Olympics site in Stratford.
